Kristina Vavura is SCOPE-certified and HCPC-Registered Dietitian with a passion for clinical dietetics, weight management, and public health. She is currently studying Functional Medicine in Applied School of Functional Medicine, US and Longevity Sciences in Geneva College of Longevity Sciences.

She is part of the Advisory Board of Nutritank and the Association of the Study for Obesity (ASO), UK; the Regina Life Clinic and Femiclinic as a Registered Dietitian; and co-founder of Forever Young Academy: Longevity Fest. Her experience spans acute and community settings, with special interests in weight management, diabetes, oncology, longevity, PCOS and health promotion.
